Semantic Change

Customers come and go but they always leave behind new data to consider. We love to focus on data about questions, and that's why we created Semantic Clustering. It’s a tool that aggregates your customers' newest questions and creates answers for future customers who may have the same concerns.

Once new questions are found, we create the most likely phrases for the scenario and match them to all available answers, or create new responses if need be. Then we let our AI-based Semantic Search technology do the rest. The more new questions are asked, the more intelligent answers can be created.
